WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days from the point of receival. If 14 days have gone by since this point, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURNS? 

The shipping cost generated from returning item/s to SQUAREGAL for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. 

WHAT REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE MET WHEN I WANT TO RETURN THE JEWELRY?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We cannot issue refunds for a partial return, e.g. any piece of jewellery not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Simply email us at assistance@squaregal.com and we will prepare a return instruction including all the details you need.

Please note that If you are shipping an item over 100 EUR, we highly recommend to use a trackable shipping service to return goods and keep all the records of tracking details.  

WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?

Our warehouse is based in Munich, Germany. Once you have requested a return at assistance@squaregal.com, we will provide you a return instruction with the full address.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

We try to process your request as quick as possible.

BUT gals, please do allow us to take 24 to 48 hours for your return process.

For exchanging, you will receive a new tracking number once the package is dispatched.

For refunds, we will refund you through PayPal or the same method you used to pay. You will receive an email from us once the refund is completed.  

WHAT IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTED ITEM FROM SQUAREGAL?

We promise to ensure the quality of every item sent to our gals. But if you do received damaged goods that have a manufacturing fault. Please contact us immediately at assistance@squaregal.com. We'd try to sort out the problem as quick as possible.
